Privacy policy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, writes nothing to your browser's storage and loads no tracking script. That is unusual enough to be worth explaining in detail rather than asserting in a sentence.

1. Who this policy is from
This policy covers cemmoronx.com and the email address published on it. In it,
“we” and “CEMMORONX” mean CEMMORONX Esports Hardware, the maker of the
products described on this site. Questions about anything below go to
cemmoronx@cemmoronx.com.
2. The short version
We do not track you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no
session recording, no A/B testing and no fingerprinting. Nothing on this site writes to
localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or any other browser
store, and the only third-party host your browser contacts is Google Fonts.
The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to put in an email to us, plus what our payment provider and courier need in order to take your money and deliver your parcel.
3. What this website collects
Nothing, directly. This site is static: HTML, CSS, one JavaScript file and some SVG, served from Cloudflare's edge network. There is no database, no server-side code, no session and no login.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, records ordinary server-log information as part of delivering the page and protecting the service — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, response status. We do not use those logs for analytics or profiling, and we do not join them to anything else. They are processed by Cloudflare under its own terms.
4. Third-party requests
The pages load two typefaces, Chakra Petch and Inter, from
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your
browser therefore makes a request to Google, which will see your IP address and user agent.
Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to build advertising profiles, but
the request is real and you should know about it.
Both families are declared with system-font fallbacks, so if you block those hosts the site still lays out correctly. There is no other third-party request anywhere on this site — no CDN script, no embedded video, no social widget, no map, no chat bubble.
5. The enquiry form
The form on the homepage and on /contact has no backend. When you press Send, a small script checks the fields and then hands the assembled text to your own mail client as a pre-filled message. Nothing is transmitted to us, or to anyone else, until you press send in your mail client — and if you close the draft instead, no data ever leaves your machine.
This is also why the form cannot show you a “message received” confirmation: we genuinely do not know whether you sent it.
6. Email you send us
Once you email us, we hold that message: your name, your email address, and whatever else you chose to write, including a delivery address if you are ordering. We use it to answer you, to fulfil the order and to keep a record of the sale, and we keep it for as long as we may need it for warranty and accounting purposes — which for a five-year chair warranty means the message may sit in our mailbox for several years.
We do not sell it, rent it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list. There is no CEMMORONX newsletter to be added to.
7. Payment
There is no checkout on this site and no card details ever pass through it. When you order, we send you a payment link handled by a third-party payment provider; you deal with that provider directly and it processes your payment data under its own privacy notice, which is linked from the payment page. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the billing name — never your card number.
8. Delivery
To send you a parcel we give a courier the name, address, and where required a phone number or email address for delivery notifications, plus a customs declaration of the contents and value. That is the minimum a shipment needs and we do not pass on anything beyond it.
9. Our software
CEMMORONX Tuner is a web page that talks to your device over WebHID. It has no account, no login, no server component and no telemetry endpoint of any kind. Settings are written to memory on the device itself, not to your computer and not to us. We do not know how many people use it, which is a cost we accept in exchange for this paragraph being true.
Firmware images are static files. Downloading one tells us nothing beyond the ordinary server-log information described in section 3.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. In practice, for almost everyone that data is one email thread and an order record.
Ask at cemmoronx@cemmoronx.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to your national data-protection authority.
11. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Because the policy describes the code as it actually is — no cookies, no storage, one third-party host — a change to the site that makes a statement here untrue is a bug, and the fix is to change both together.
13. Contact
cemmoronx@cemmoronx.com. It is the same address as everything else; there is no separate privacy mailbox and no form standing between you and an answer.
