We quote it
Within one working day: total price, shipping cost if it is a chair, and the date it leaves. Duty and local tax are yours and we say so up front.

You pay
Through a payment link handled by a payment provider outside this site. We never see or store your card details, and this site has no checkout to store them in.
Warranty claims go to the same address.
Send the order reference and a description; if it is a fault we cover the return leg. Two years on peripherals, five on chair frames, gas lifts and mechanisms.
About this form. It has no backend.
